These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "CGU") are intended to apply exclusively between Pythéas Organisation and all persons wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered from the site (hereinafter "the User").

Any use of the services offered via the site automatically entails the application of these T&Cs. We invite you to read them carefully.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITION

The Site: refers to the website of the company Pythéas Organisation accessible from the addresswww.pytheas-organisation.com.

User: any Internet user who browses and/or uses the services offered by Pythéas Organisation from the Site.

Services: refers to all the services offered by Pythéas Organisation, namely travel services as well as associated services.

Customer: any Internet user who, after accessing the Site, (i) subscribes to the Newsletter, and/or (ii) requests a quote, and/or (iii) subscribes firmly or optionally to a trip, and/ or (iv) accepts a proposal for travel services  received from Pythéas Organisation.

 

ARTICLE 3: USE OF THE SITE

The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere by any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the Services remain at his expense. Similarly, Pythéas Organization cannot be held responsible for any Internet connection problem attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the User (reduced speed or interrupted connection in particular).

From the Site, Users have access to the following information and/or Services:

A varied travel offer covering most countries open to travel (free access to all Internet users)
Detailed information on the various products and services offered by Pythéas Organization (free access to all Internet users)
A specific access to make a firm or optional subscription to a trip, to request a quote online
Access to a personalized space accessible to any Customer with access codes to view the status of the Customer file managed by Pythéas Organization and/or the travel contract taken out.

 

ARTICLE 4: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Pythéas Organisation  will make its best efforts to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Pythéas Organization and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

Indeed, for the proper management of the Site, Pythéas Organisation will at any time:

Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Site, reserve access to the Site, or to certain parts of the Site,
Delete any information that could disrupt its operation or conflict with applicable regulations,
Suspend the Site in order to make updates.
The responsibility of Pythéas Organisation  cannot be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the Site or one of its functionalities.

The Site connection equipment remains the responsibility of the User, who must take all appropriate measures to protect his equipment as well as his own data, particularly in the event of viral attacks via the Internet. The liability of Pythéas Organization cannot be sought, the User remaining solely responsible for the websites and data consulted.

 

ARTICLE 5: GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITE USER

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these T&Cs, public order and good morals, in compliance with intellectual property rights and image rights. Failing to comply with these provisions, Pythéas Organisation  may hold the User liable.

The user or the Client must keep securely any identifier and any password allowing them to access the Site or any part thereof as strictly confidential, and must not authorize any person to access this identifier and to this password and use them. The user or the Client are responsible for any activity related to the Services accessed or used via their client area. They must immediately notify Pythéas Organization of any unauthorized use of their username and password by sending an email to our Customer Relations department at the following address: serviceclients@terdav.com.

By using the Services, the User and the Client declare and guarantee that (a) all the information communicated is true and precise; (b) they maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) their use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

 

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Service, such as text, graphics, videos, audiovisual works, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of Pythéas Organization or its licensors and they are protected by the copyright laws in force in France and the applicable international laws. The content and material present on the Site, operated, licensed or controlled by Pythéas Organization may not be copied, except by a User solely for his personal use, and such content and material may not be distributed, republished, downloaded, published or transmitted in any way, without the prior written authorization of Pythéas Organisation. Modification or use of the content or material for any other purpose would violate the intellectual property rights of Pythéas Organization and/or its licensors.

Pythéas Organisation, and other trademarks and logos of Pythéas Organization are registered trademarks and/or unregistered logos of Pythéas Organization (the “Pythéas Organisation  Trademarks”), are the property of Pythéas Organisation. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited by law. No part of the Service or the T&Cs should be interpreted as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use any Mark displayed on this Service without the prior written authorization of Pythéas Organization specific to each use. The use of any Brand as part of a link to or from any website is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Pythéas Organisation.
